The Computer History Museum has launched an exclusive online exhibit for the late Steve Jobs. The web portal showcases the amount of impact he has made on the people and also walks us through his career. Right from the days he spent in his garage to the last day of his life. The portal has been aptly titled, Steve Jobs: From Garage to World’s most valuable company!
The release talks about his famous quotes and some of the interesting pics that we haven’t seen before. There’s also a video of Steve Jobs at Apple, and its a rare footage of him in the year 1980. The showcase talks about his early days at Apple, NeXT and the way he has changed the world before he left us! It’s not all!! The museum also features more than 3000 artifacts about Apple in its website. You can have a look at it here.
The walkthrough starts off with this quote from the most beloved, Steve Wozniak:
So we’re sitting in the payphone trying to make a blue box call. And the operator comes back on the line. And we’re all scared and we’d try it again. … And she comes back on the line; we’re all scared so we put in money. And then a cop car pulls up. And Steve was shaking, you know, and he got the blue box back into my pocket. I got it– he got it to me because the cop turned to look in the bushes for drugs or something, you know? So I put the box in my pocket. The cop pats me down and says, “What’s this?” I said, “It’s an electronic music synthesizer.” . “Wasn’t too musical.” Second cop says, “What’s the orange button for?” “It’s for calibration,” says Steve.
