Google Android Music Market is now live! Expected to have over 13 million songs soon!

Google has launched their flagship online store exclusively for Music, called the Android Music Market to compete with iTunes. The online store is expected to have more than 13 million songs soon!

Apple lifted the music industry to the next level, by bridging the gap between the artists and technology and got the music to the users hands legally from its iTunes Store. And now, following the same path, Google is now stepping into this business.

Not much to talk about, since the store will operate the same way as that of the iTunes Music Store. The Android Music is tightly integrated with its Google+ platform and other social network integrations.

The store is exclusively available for the Android OS owners and works with the Google Music. The store is expected to have more than 13 million songs and Google has tied up with Sony Entertainment, EMI and Universal studios for the music business. So how to use the new service? Here’s what Google has to say about it:

Simply click to add them to your Google Music library, where you can instantly listen on any web browser or your mobile device. You can even share a free full play with your friends on Google+.

As soon as you purchase your music, it will be available at the Google Music under your account and will be available for the user to listen to the song anywhere on the web or the device, at no additional cost.
