WhatsApp messenger, which costs $0.99 is now available for free on the App Store, following the release of Apple’s iMessage.
Apple released its next major version of their mobile operating system to the public on October 12th with over 200 new user features that includes iMessage.
iMessage is a free messaging service like BBM with perfection. You can send an iMessage to anyone with a device running iOS5 with just an internet connection across the world.
WhatsApp, a popular cross platform service that was providing messaging across a variety of devices over the internet. The app is Push enabled, and thus will alert you as and when your ID has a new message.
Since WhatsApp also provides the same features that iMessage provides now natively, the company has decided to put the app on sale and it now free on the App Store.
