Samsung Galaxy Nexus has subpar sub-pixels issue!

Samsung has reportedly built their Galaxy Nexus phone with a cheaper technology for the displays that throws low pixel density and poor color accuracy than Apple’s iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.

Samsung unveiled their new Galaxy Nexus at a special event held in partnership with Google. The company announced their device and has been made with best in class technology to survive and overcome all the patent infringements.

The Galaxy Nexus comes with a new Super AMOLED display and the screen seems to have been performing less that what we have seen in the Galaxy S II phones from Samsung. The new phone sports a cheaper PenTile OLED that provides less experience than the present Galaxy S II phones.

The phone does not provide the sharpness for the images that are essentially required for gaming. And since Samsung has already set their standard for higher resolution displays and sharper images, the new device falls short of this expectation.

The Apple’s Retina Display is completely packed with pixels of high density packed tightly to provide super good displays. The Retina Displays features a density of 326 in a pixel-per-inch. In this case, Apple stands still without loosing the game to Samsung.

Providing a AMOLED screen with less sharpness and low quality content is not very important. But providing a LED screen like Apple does, with HD display and high quality graphics seems to win the game. So if you are about to get a Galaxy Nexus this fall, just think twice, you will not be having a super good display experience.
