Google just rolled out the two movies a month on YouTube BoxOffice in India. The channel will stream free movies (Two per month).
Google officially unveiled the YouTube BoxOffice, a channel dedicated for streaming Bollywood movies, two per month. The new service kickstarted with two movies for the month, Shaitan and Pyaar Ka Punchnama.
This is the first official service that dares to get the rights from the producers and stream movies for free online to everyone. The channel has become too popular already in India. And we might also expect movies from more languages soon! The channel has hit more than 11.5 million views in just three months.
This channel will be the first service to offer free movies online. The Partner Program, which launched in India recently is helping the service grow and the revenue seems to be going to the producers in return. You can watch the new YouTube channel here.
