Google Chrome Webstore launches in India and 24 other countries

Google launched its famous Chrome Web Store in India and 24 other countries today. The Indian Web store is equipped with Indian flavors of apps.

Google launched its online webstore about nine months ago with a lot of applications (Web Apps) in the United States. And today, it has expanded the territory to India and also 24 other countries. The announcement came from their official Google blog and now, the Indian developers can get their apps accessed across the world.

One of the most interesting part is the availability of Saavn, an online music streaming service for India. There are a lot more applications available specially to the India market. One such thing is the ESPN Cricinfo app, for the Cricket fans.
