Samsung postpones their launch of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia [Apple]

Looks like Apple has become too serious about the patent infringement case on Samsung. The latest restriction that Apple has laid for Samsung is that they cannot sell or market their new Galaxy Tab 10.1, which is considered to be a replica of Apple’s iPad.

Bloomberg reports that Apple has won the agreement in a court in Australia. The case was that Samsung will not be able to about to sell their Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia until the case is settled. Samsung earlier planned to unveil their so called copied design of iPad.

And without much hesitation, Samsung has accepted to stop advertising the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. The device will not be sold until the Korean company resolves the dispute by either winning the case or accepts its fault.

The legal battle of infringement began in April against the two companies suing each other for legal patent infringement. Australia is one of the countries that Apple has taken its toll on suing Samsung for patent infringement. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was included in the patent infringement case last month including Nexus S 4G, Galaxy S and some other devices. I think Samsung will be having a tough time managing their copying habit. What do you say?

Incase you missed, Apple recently leaked their Samsung infringement case document on their PR site. You can view the document here.
