Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich devices coming this october?

Google Android’s next major version of mobile operating system, Ice Cream Sandwich is reportedly coming out with a new device in October.

BGR is reporting that a source has informed that Ice Cream Sandwich devices could be coming out next month. This release is also reportedly coming up to compete with iOS 5’s release.

Google released their next version of Android OS for mobile devices, the Ice Cream Sandwich at Google IO 2011 and is carrying some promising features like an innovative facial recognition system and also some major improvements.

Looks like Google is also working hard to get things done soon, so that they could withstand the release of iPhone 5.

I’ll keep you posted about the progress as soon as something happens. Until then, follow me on twitter (@ImKarthikK) or subscribe to my RSS.
