This post will show you how to activate iOS 5 beta 3 without signing-up for the $99 developer account with Apple and adding your UDID to it. I already posted on how to activate iOS 5 beta 1 and beta 2 without developer account earlier. I will cover all the troubleshooting methods and other tips so that you can run iOS 5 beta 3 on your device smoothly.

Download and install iOS 5 beta 3 on your device:
- You can grab a copy of the iOS 5 beta 3 IPSW from various places. Google is your best friend on this.
- Put your phone in DFU mode and hold Option Key on Mac or Shift key on Windows and click Restore on iTunes
- The phone will restore now and the initial setup screen will appear on your device.
Activate iOS 5 beta 3 on your device:
- On the Language selection screen, triple click Home button
- The voice-over will appear. Now, tap Emergency Call option.
- Now, dial 112. This will almost connect you to the temporary network
- Quickly without any delay, tap on the Contacts option. This will take you to the home screen of your device.
- Now, press the Sleep/Power button to cut the call .
- Guess what? Your device is now activated. Enjoy iOS 5 beta 3.
