Apple accidentally posts a complaint document against Samsung

Apple has gotten really very serious about Samsung’s patent infringement and yesterday they have posted the document accidentally over to their PR website.

The document describes A-Z of what Apple has against Samsung and what they want Samsung to do. The document is titles COMPLAINT FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT, FEDERAL FALSE DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN AND UNFAIR COMPETITION, FEDERAL TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, STATE UNFAIR COMPETITION, COMMON LAW TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, AND UNJUST ENRICHMENT

The document also explains how Apple revolutionized the mobile phone industry and how Samsung copied their design due to its insane popularity. Apple has also called Samsung as  One of Primitive imitator and blames that instead of independent development, Samsung has chosen to slavishly copy Apple’s innovative technology, distinctive user interfaces, and elegant and distinctive product and packaging design, in violation of Apple’s valuable intellectual property rights.

What exactly Apple wants to do to Samsung?

Apple wants to put a stop to Samsung’s illegal conduct and obtain a compensation for the violation they have occurred so far.

This 373 pages document very clearly explains how Samsung has copied their products and also their Patents so far and has examples of various patents that has been approved by the United States Patent and Trademarks Office. 

The fight has now become big and after reading this document, Apple will definitely win this case against Samsung. Let’s see what Samsung has to say about their products. Apple has clearly compared the copying of items. Here are some screenshots of it:
