wi-GO helps people with disability perform day-to-day works [Kinect]

Luis De Matos, is working on a project called wi-GO. The project aims at easing the individuals with disabilities do their day-to-day works with the help of Kinect and a cart. It is basically a motorized cart, with a sensor mounted at the back of the cart.



Kinect senses the individual with disability moving at the front of the cart. It manages to keep considerable amount of distance to avoid collision. The video demo is self-explanatory. Here goes the video.
