Just a quick update to all the Playstation Network users in the US. The PSN has gone live after experiencing a series of attacks by some hackers. The 3.61 update is now available for all the US customers of PSN. The update also has Movie Rentals with Qriocity.
Reports say that the update is very small and takes no more than 10 minutes to upgrade the firmware. May be Sony wants to provide a very quick update to prevent further information loss.

We must admit, Sony has put in a lot of effort to restore the PSN back online. I spoke to one of the Sony employee, and he states that Sony’s team spirit and the heights of leadership and hard-work was purely displayed. They’ve also planned for a party once the entire network goes online and becomes stable.
