The long standing fight against the hackers from Sony has now come to an end. Looks like Sony and Geohot had come to a mutual “agreement of principle” on March 31st. I think this is because of the Anonymous’ threat to Sony to sue them. Though the dispute is almost over, some minor issues are to be solved [as reports say].
Sony has finally made Geohot say that he was guilty for publishing the jailbreak code online. “It was never my intention to cause any users trouble or to make piracy easier,” Says Geohot. I will keep you guys posted as and when I find some updates about this lawsuit. But for now, the dispute is almost over!
