I was just researching on some of the key areas through which we can improve the customer relationship, and found that newsletter are a better way to make then believe that we’ve got a great understanding of their business. I’ve listed down few stuffs that would build a great rapport between you and your customer.

- The layout is really simple.
- Good and well reviewed content.
- The frequency of the newsletter.
- The variation in the content regularly.
Before you can write a newsletter, ask these questions to yourself:
- What’s going to be the Purpose of the newsletter?
- Did you Understand your audience well?
- What’s going to be the format of the newsletter?
- How frequent is it going to be?
- What’s going to be the focus of the newsletter?
- Who will review the newsletter?
- Does it show information relevant to your customer?
- Does it hold some tips in the areas you expertise on?
