Yes! This might sound interesting. But its hard to believe that Facebook is working on a new mobile phone. According to various sources, facebook is working on a a secret phone that will undoubtedly revolve around the web and internet. Michael Arrington of TechCrunch says:
Facebook is building a mobile phone, says a source who has knowledge of the project. Or rather, they’re building the software for the phone and working with a third party to actually build the hardware.
He also adds that Facebook wants to integrate the contacts deeply into the phone, so that the phone might be a complete Facebook integrated phone, than being called just another mobile phone.
IMO, I’m not expecting much from this phone. Let’s wait if there is some official response for this rumor that’s revolving around the web. 🙂
