I’m sure the world is addicted to Google and it’s services. Googsystray is one app that lets users manage and monitor their Google Services like Google Voice, Google Calendar, Google Wave, Google Reader and Google Mail right from their System Tray. I’ve been using this app for a while now in my Windows system and It’s really useful and notifies about any new happenings in your Google services.
Googsystray operations are very simple:
All you gotta do is to switch from one tab to another to change the function accordingly, which can also be customized to have a Hotkeys. Besides able to check emails and access services promptly, it also notifies you with customized audible sound or a pop up window when there is any update or change. In order to change the popup settings, just click on ‘Popups’ tab and those settings can be customized based on your own preference.
